Hi there! I am Rob! I'm a culinary chef for 9 years now. I've studied and perfect Asian and Mediterranean cuisine for 5 years. Lately, I find Australian cuisine intriguing, especially of the gastronomic sense. I've never found anything like it!
I am writing this blog to share my experiences and thoughts on the cuisine that has eluded my senses for the past 39 years of my life. I'm quite new at this (both the cuisine and blogging), so I hope my readers will be able to share their ideas and suggestions on this.
